Senior Media Buyer (m/w/d).


Our client is an international company specialised in mobile performance. They need a creative thinker as a " Senior Media Buyer (m/w/d)" to bring the company to the next level.


  • Building the strategic media buying capabilities, create and execute a vision
  • Hiring, training and developing a cross-functional lean team of talented individuals across several global offices who are responsible for delivering and developing programmatic activities
  • Working with regional demand teams to identify the best approach to add programmatic activities existing and/or new customers
  • Managing and optimization of a portfolio of campaigns on multiple vendors
  • Building and implementing SLAs with internal stakeholders
  • Reporting on test results and campaign performance
  • Focus and prioritize campaign performances


  • Experience in performance media buying, specifically programmatic/ RTB - setting up campaigns and optimizing towards CPA/ CPI targets
  • Experience in bid strategies and advanced targeting tactics
  • Ability to drive strategic decisions and operational tasks
  • Strong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skills with a data and numbers-driven mindset
  • An ability to define the needs from the product perspective in addition to interprete and prioritize the needs based on a work team
