Our customer is a successful multinational company with a history of more than 150 years . The firm manufactures and trades goods of basic human needs in 75 countries. On behalf of our client, we are searching for an HR Business Partner France (m/w/d)” to be based in Berlin. This job offer is unlimited, full-time.


  • Relationship management and interface between central HR functions and local business
  • Keeping track on local requirements to make sure that strategies, programs and policies are compliant with local regulations
  • Support and challenge managers regarding performance management, compensation and benefits, succession planning, career paths, development alternatives, conflict resolution
  • Support of implementation and monitoring of functional company HR policies and standards
  • Foster leadership capabilities throughout the organization
  • Provide counselling to employees


  • Academic degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Labor Law or related fields
  • Several years of work experience in globally acting industry environment as HR Business Partner
  • High mobility for frequent business trips to France
  • Experience in cooperation with workers council and trade unions
  • Experience in all relevant HR aspects like talent management, performance management and personal development systems
  • High customer orientation, excellent communication skills
  • Fluent language skills French and English are mandatory
