The company has more than 60 locations in over 25 cities around the world. Due to expansion and of the sales activity we are looking for a "Senior Sales Manager (m/f/d)" in Berlin with real estate experinece to lead the company to a sustainable growth.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue and business growth
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing)
  • Build a maintain profitable partnership with key stakeholders
  • Lead generation by analyzing the market
  • Intensive care of existing customers to ensure their needs are covered
  • Being able to make recommendations on commerciality

Anforderungsprofil

  • Proven experience as senior sales manager or a similar position
  • BA in business administration, finance, real estate or relevant field
  • In-depths understanding of the real estate market and research strategy
  • Ability to manage relationships with key clients
  • Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
  • Entrepreneurial skills and the ability to spot opportunities for revenue generation
