Our customer is a growing company from the research environment in Berlin, which specializes in the development and manufacture of therapies for the treatment of cancer. To support further growth, we are looking for an Office Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Contact person for international colleagues, visitors, service providers and suppliers
  • Project responsibility for the renovation and expansion of our office in Berlin-Mitte
  • Preparation and organization of reports, manuals, agendas, correspondence and memoranda, including presentation material
  • Maintenance and support of the company's calendar, logistics for meetings and conferences
  • Cooperation with colleagues for the creation, administration and processing of work records, invoices and orders
  • Processing of partly sensitive and confidential business documents, including deadline control and support for contract management

Anforderungsprofil

  • Completed studies (with a focus on business administration) or a comparable completed training
  • First relevant professional experience as an office manager / team assistant (f/m/d) or a comparable one position
  • Experience with administrative support and making presentations at management level
  • Very good knowledge and skills in dealing with all MS Office 365 programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and PowerPoint, as well as Zoom video conferencing
  • Fluent in German and English skills
