Our client is specialised in creating effective lead generation campaigns. They offer a wide range of services, from strategy development of campaigns including design, optimization and the follow-up to providing a real-time access to the performance of the campaign. Because of their rapid growth, we’re looking for a „Head of Business Development Manager (m/w/d)“ in Berlin.

Aufgabengebiet

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets in Germany
  • Manage all Business Development Managers for the German market
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect
  • Take initiative to establish long-term relationships with key clients, potential clients and function as a key strategic partner
  • Acquisition and expansion of new business

Anforderungsprofil

  • Experience as Teamlead Account Management in lead generation, affiliate marketing or performance-based marketing
  • Cold calling experience
  • The ability to develop, organize and manage a business venture along with any of its risks
  • Presentation skills: Communication skills to develop messages for various audiences. Able to measure audience response and adapt accordingly
  • Excellent German and English level
