It is now expanding to offer a broad range of financial and travel services, that help people stay in touch across borders. Due to the growth on the german market we are looking for an experienced "Country Manager (m/f/x) - Digital" focused on the large retail market.

Aufgabengebiet

• Developing of cross- and upselling strategies for customer win-back or customer retention
• Growing new direct and indirect sales channels, negotiating, and ensuring distribution agreements
• Discussing and negotiating new products with external business at the direction of the Company to align the Company?s business with its key strengths in distribution
• Taking on and implementing a wide range of complex projects (also in cooperation with external partners)
• Develop a fact- and data-based understanding of a product or set of products
• Full responsibility of budget and listings
• Preparation of decision-making documents for the management through structured procurement and preparation of information
• Promotion and involvement of partner companies in the respective regions

Anforderungsprofil

• Academic degree with an analytical focus
• Several years of experience in the telecommunications industry
• Inspiring others: getting individuals, teams, and an entire organisation to perform at a higher level and to embrace change
• Experience in working with professional project management tools
• Very good written and spoken English
