- Degree in Environmental Sciences, Sustainability Management, or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in sustainability, ideally within a dynamic corporate environment
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legal requirements and standards in environmental and climate protection
- Excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to work
- Strong communication skills in both German and English, both written and spoke
